Your mission 👀
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work with your peers to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our multi-location hybrid infrastructure. Through diligent monitoring, innovative problem-solving, and exceptional technical expertise, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's vision of empowering businesses with data-driven insights and unparalleled performance.
In order to achieve the mission of the role, the main tasks involved include:
Deploying new servers and services on NPAW's infrastructure and Cloud
Deploying monitoring scripts to improve NPAW's infrastructure and Cloud
Using Ansible or scripts to autoconfigure servers
Monitoring and performing load testing on the full stack systems, network, and services to find issues and solutions that let the infrastructure perform better.
Managing +400 servers allocated worldwide in a hybrid global infrastructure.
Being on call regularly, according to on-call (“guardias”) schedule.
Leverage GPT4 and other AI technologies to automate and optimize various DevOps processes

Have a high level of English
Have 3+ years of previous experience in servers maintenance & configuration
Have background in Linux server setup, deployment, and maintenance (Debian / Ubuntu, security, monitoring…).
Can set up, maintain, and optimize on-premises and cloud Linux-based application servers
Have experience with:
Ansible, Puppet, Chef
Infrastructure lifecycle management
Python / Shell / Bash Script
Apache / Nginx / HAProxy
Management of databases, storage and backups
Monitoring systems
Load balancers and testing systems
Networking basic knowledge and troubleshooting
Are familiar with web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc.)
