Your mission 👀
Together with the CEO, you will determine the business technology vision and product roadmap (choose the best technologies and architectures). Ensure that the technology objectives are aligned with the business objectives.
Between the CEO, as the product owner, and the Marketing manager, they will help you define the functionalities required by the business, and you will turn them into specifications, design and implement them (and/or lead external developers or agencies that can help you).
You will participate in the development of the web from scratch, how interesting!. Some of the work can be outsourced to external agencies or developers, and you can help in those areas. As a guideline, 70% coded by you, 30% outsourced.
We like to do things well and apply good practices in code development. We also work with agile and scrum methodologies.
On the side of the outsourcing team: you will be in charge of monitor the budget for this team, request documentation and make sure that the quality and cleanliness of the work is going on the best way.
Determine timings, objectives, and prioritization of tasks
Provide input and feedback on the creation of the website/user interface design, and implement it. Also, design and decide cloud and servers
Ensure the security of the technology
What they expect from you 🏅
Experience in projects from scratch (must know DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
At least 4 years of experience as a developer
Experience as FullStack Tech Lead
Experience in project management
**Technologies you should know: ReactJS, NodeJS
**Desirable technologies: Wordpress, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, Google Cloud - GCP - Google Cloud Platform, AWS
