We're lending a hand in the search for a Product Manager to work closely with the product and business teams.

Your mission 👀

Align the department and orchestrate the backlog of strategic features. This includes managing ROIs, designing the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with other Product Managers, as well as overseeing the product lifecycle: conceptualization, launch, and retirement.
Coordinate with the sales leadership and relevant stakeholders, define and implement the product strategy for our solutions, ensuring they remain competitive in the market and adapt to customer needs.
Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define the product in terms of Product, Pricing, Placement, and Promotion strategies.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to define and execute the product offering.
Evaluate the need to establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance the service.
Interact with customers and the sales team to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure the product meets their expectations.
Supervise the Product Owners (POs) team in your area, including aspects such as salaries, performance, individual meetings (1:1), and professional development (PDP).
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and functional-level key objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure performance and success.
Report progress and results of the department to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).
What they expect from you 🏅

Experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of electronic payment or Fintech or companies in the tourism sector.
Deep knowledge of marketing and sales.
Experience in the development of technological products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant regulations in the electronic payment field will be an advantage.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Knowledge of Catalan and other languages will be appreciated.
